Sigh, which reminds me that my newly written packet-mint.c still uses the
old style :-( I'm going to fix that of course.
How about
a) Adapting doc/packet-PROTOABBREV.c to the new style
b) Not using NEW_PROTO_TREE_API for new hf style but using
OLD_PROTO_TREE_API for the old ones?
Hopefully that would inspire more people to work with the new style.
