Adding an ACL to what?

It won't work on systems that don't have D-Bus by default, so it means Wireshark would have to include and install a full-blown implementation D-Bus on, for example,

	1) the platform on which I think most downloads of Wireshark run

and

	2) the highest-volume desktop Unix.
