From what I can see in the sources epan/dissectors/packet-3g-a11.c, the A11 dissector will pick up UDP traffic on port

* Port used for Mobile IP based Tunneling Protocol (A11) */

#define UDP_PORT_3GA11 699

I'm new studing the A11 interfaces now, and want to know how wireshark analyzes the A11 messages.
Could anyone help share the logic details about this? or where does such part source code locate?
