So that's a difference (other than the ones we need to have to handle e.g. different attributes having the same code) between the trunk's dictionaries and FreeRadius's dictionaries?

Are there any *other* such differences?  If so, they should be reported in a bug (in the Wireshark Bugzilla, as Bill noted).
