My link was for an svn client to retrieve the files.  Your link is to see the repository via viewvc in your browser.  As as appropriate for your needs, but as you were asking about svn revisions I thought you were interested in the former.

Look in the release directory, e.g. http://anonsvn.wireshark.org/wireshark/releases/ .  At release time a copy is made of the corresponding trunk into the releases directory.

Where do I find the SVN revision number for a specific release?

In this case I'm looking for 1.4.12 .
