Hi,

I have used your patch with the 1.6.5 version of Wireshark and it doesn't work.

Once your patch is applied to this version, I have included "packet-mih.c" in the following files:
    epan/CMakeLists.txt 
    epan/dissectors/Makefile.in

Also, in epan/dissectors/Makefile.in you have to add more things. I have looked at how other dissectors
are declared and I have added the same for mih dissector. 

Finally, it works fine. So, I think you should complete your patch. It would be great for other users who want
to use it.
