FWIW, the sort order will depend on your locale settings anyway.
For example by default some Redhat-sourced Linux I used (can't remember
if it was Fedora or RHEL) decided to default LANG to "en_US.utf-8"
which, much to my annoyance, did case-insensitive sorting (e.g., when
doing 'ls'). Setting LANG back to what it's supposed to be (C ;-))
fixed that.
