How can I enable UIManager? I found a bug report #5841.
Anders Bromann stated there to enable it just by uncomment the
preprocessor definition in menus.h.

But I don't find such a definition in menus.h.

So I wonder what's the current way of en- or disabling the new method
doing menus? Could so. please advice.
