Hi,

I wondering where I can find the documentation to build Wireshark on windows, the *.chm file on the development homepage is broken. The one I am referring to can be found here. 

I have tried building the sources in MingW but it requires gtk, which I would love to avoid building on windows.  if possible i would like to build using a standard gnu make or VC10 if possible. 

Any help would be appreciated, please and thank you.
