Oh, that's my mistake. I completely mis-understood the meaning of 
'ephemeral'. So the function already supports, what I requested for.

I had the limited lifetime in mind when talking about G.C. Don't know where 
I read about this naming in context of limited lifetime. I must be a bit 
confused here.
