I would appreciate it folks could review the patch submitted for a
NetFlow forwarding status as well as some UI niceties.

The display of forwarding status and reason code was causing a dissector
assert failure resulting in a failure to render forwarding status as well as
all subsequent fields.
- fixed bug that allows for displaying forwarding status/reason
- cleaned up display such that submenu displays status and reason
- cleaned up display such that template submenu displays field type
BTW: bugzilla is extremely slow for queries etc, and seemed to get
stuck when uploading an uncompressed diff file.
