You have to use the lua script enclosed in that message, or you can try SVN Build 31903.

from http://www.wireshark.org/download/automated/win32/ which should finish in an hour or so.

If you can submit a trace I could verify that the dissection works.

   I am unable to decode a CDMA GSM 
dump.

The wireshark displays it as SIP in the protocol column. But even tshark.exe is 
unable to parse the same.
   Can you tell me how to invoke this 
IS-637-A decoding for the CDMA SMS data Message 
Body?
