No, it is not possible. You're talking about the packet list pane,
not the packet detail pane, and there's only one line per frame in the
packet list pane, so there's no "next line".
You might be able to have the one and only one line for that frame say
"OQTP Fragment 12; last fragment, message reassembled" or something
such as that.
