I lightened the chat and none icons in r30828. The light color in the
chat gradient now matches the background color of the chat text. We
might want to do the same with the other severity levels.
I've added the expert icons some time ago with the (at that time)
limitation that the xpm format only produced (especially in this case)
very ugly icons.
I'm pleased to see that with the switch to "GTK2 only", it's now
possible to use png icons, which gives a *much better* look :-)
