Hello,

Can I suggest the update of the Redback dictionary, as the currently included Redback dictionary is outdated?
You will find attached the updated Redback dictionary.
Let me know if you need something else to include the update.

Several additional notes:

1. The radius dictionaries used by Wireshark are those from freeradius.org with a few local changes.

See the README.radius_dictionary in wireshark/radius.

2. May I suggest that you also submit the updated dictionary.redback upstream to freeradius.org via their bugzilla or their mailing lists.
I'm guessing that it might be better to go that route.

3. The current Wireshark radius dictionaries are based upon the FreeRadius 2.1.6 [May-18-2009] release.

I note there's now a 2.1.7 release with some updated dictionaries.

I also note that when I made local changes based upon Wireshark bug reports and upon consulting vendor documentation that I failed to submit these changes upstream. If someone else doesn't get to this before me, I'll do the upstream report and update the current Wireshark radius dictionaries to those in FreeRadius 2.1.7. I should be able to do this within a few weeks.
