Make dissector handle unexpected data better.
Strange thing is that my windows WS SVN 28821 does not have a problem
with the file. My linux wireshark 28836 did have a problem with packet
40780. Updating to SVN 29055 did solve the issue with frame 40780.
I assume this bug has been fixed in latest SVN.
