Wireshark-dev: [Wireshark-dev] 64-bit Windows installer

The 64-bit Windows builder is now compiling successfully and creating
packages. If you want to try the automated builds out, you can download
them at http://www.wireshark.org/download/automated/win64/

The installer seems to want to install into "Program Files (x86)" no
matter what I try to do, but other than that it installs fine and
Wireshark captures traffic.
