Yes.  It works as expected with your latest commit.

With Windows Buildbot Version 1.1.3-SVN-27464 (SVN Rev 27464) a
nice little error opened up to indicate that I didn't have the
necessary
"ipmap.html" file.

"{my} latest commit" was 27459, so you were running a version that had my fix.

The file "C:\Program Files\Wireshark\ipmap.html" doesn't exist.

I copied it from the SVN into the appropriate folder and the mapping
function worked fine.

It wasn't mentioned in the installer script file; I checked in a change to add it. That's revision 27466, so 1.1.3-SVN-27466 and later should install ipmap.html for you.
