The ipmap.txt file is generated, so it can't be put into the (read-only) 
 program/bin dir.

The ipmap.html file has a link to the ipmap.txt file (which has to be 
the same for all OS, and that file is constant).


So the best solution I got aware of was to put both files into tmp ...
