It's just the case of the dissector that might be worth mentioning
explicitly.  On the face of it a dissector is not a core part of
Wireshark but from a GPL standpoint it is absolutely a part of the
Wireshark program and must be GPLed as well.

At least, that is now my default (== least risk) interpretation until a
lawyer joins in and tells me otherwise (probably taking some weight off
my wallet in the process).
