The current state of the kerberos ASN1 source breaks the buildbot build.
The distcheck fails on the creation of Makefile. So either kerberos is in or
out, please make it so that the distcheck succeeds.

Yes, this is a good start. Check it in. We have some changes to packet-kerberos.c since you started this convert (r21443), but I suppose this should be easily fixed by copying the hand coded code again.
