If you just want the 1.0.3 branch, use

  http://anonsvn.wireshark.org/wireshark/releases/wireshark-1.0.3

If you want the stable (1.0) trunk from which all of the 1.0.x releases are
derived, use

  http://anonsvn.wireshark.org/wireshark/trunk-1.0

You should be able to use "svn switch" to switch between the two.
