Hi All!

I've written a ASN.1 dissector for IEC 61850 GOOSE protocol. It compiles very well under Windows Vista using Studio 2008, but following the rules for portability the code should compile on any platform. I hope someone can use this dissector and perhaps it is indeed one day into the official code base.
