Hi,

1. Debian packaging tools are very picky about it. It has to be in debian/
under the sources' root.

2. sensible browser doesn't have to be present on the build machine. This
would create an extra build dependancy.

1. Why can't we have the debian package in the "packaging" directory, with
all the other packages?

2. One debian patch still exists.  Can we make this obsolete by checking for
"sensible-browser" in configure.in?
