Hi Gerald,

I just remembered that the pre-release flags are still in the Win32 resource
file templates of the plugins. I took them out with revision 24757. Then I
figured that the programs itself had resource file templates as well, so
I've upgraded those in revision 24758, taking out the pre-release flag,
marking them NT_WIN32 and DLL for DLLs.
I've had no opportunity to test them but maybe after the buildbot has chewed
on them you want to pick them up in trunk-1.0.
