The 0.99.8 trunk has been created, and 0.99.8pre1 should be out later this
evening (PST) or tomorrow morning.
If any commits after 24378 need to go into the release, please add them to the
"Pending" section under 0.99.8 in http://wiki.wireshark.org/Development/Roadmap
