This file i found out belongs to cygwin. its in the path "/usr/include/kpathsea/c-auto.h" under the cygwin directory. Thanks

It would seem that your include path includes some cygwin directories. Can you post the output of "set INCLUDE" ,and for good measure "set LIB"?
