There is basic P7 support in Wireshark in SVN 23479. It does message
submission and retrieval operations, but currently not the
administrative operations.
Most of the general attribute types are supported - but not currently
any of the content-specific attribute types (though most P7 clients
usually just fetch envelope and content).
You can build it yourself or try an automated build from:
http://www.wireshark.org/download/automated/
and see how it handles your traffic.
