Hi,

Could someone please check in this patch to add eth_stdio_open() to libwireshark.def, as its used by the wimaxasncp plugin? (I just did my first ever Windows build :)  using the anonymous svn tree :( ).

The alternative would be to instead make that dissector a plugin now (which would also solve 
http://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1914).  However, I won't have time to do this myself this week now.
