Hi,

This patch fixes the dissection of the EOSP flag in the QoS Control
field of 802.11 frames, which is currently broken.

In case it helps testing, I'm also attaching a packet trace including
two 802.11 frames: one with EOSP=1, the other with EOSP=0.
