As far as I can tell, the code that creates pcap files with DLT 186
and 189 is still in CVS. For the swapped request/response part, maybe
we can just ask the libpcap people to patch it.
"still in CVS" should read "only in CVS, and not in a released
version". So my feeling is that while it is "in the wild", the format
shouldn't be set in stone.
