As far as I can tell, the code that creates pcap files with DLT 186
and 189 is still in CVS. For the swapped request/response part, maybe
we can just ask the libpcap people to patch it.

I am working on compiling wireshark against libpcap CVS at the moment,
but it might be a while before I can figure out exactly where the
problem is.
