Attached is a patch which adds display of DLR, SLR and Cause values to
Column info for SCCP messages which our engineers have found useful. I think
it might be worth adding to the code base unless anyone objects.

There are also a couple of trivial robustness changes to better handle the
case when the user has selected the wrong SCCP variant (ITU vs ANSI etc.).
