For me the same problem, I resolved on first instance
using an "unsigned int" declaration instead of "uint"
Anyway, after some quick test with this patch applied
I put "uint" at it's original place and applied the
successive patch posted by Richard van der Hoff
"H.223 over rtp" (20/02/2007) and the compilation
gone without error. Regards,
