I noticed that the UAT editor doesn't have a close or cancel button.
It also has a save button, whereas we have gotten rid of them by default
on all dialogs.

I'll have it mimic the preferences dialog.
Having three buttons for:
Apply: reloads the current file,
Cancel: reverts in memory to what's being last saved (no need to reload),
OK: that saves to file and reloads.
