I love the smell of pedantry in the morning; smells like - home. ;-)

I was planning to have the fractional precision user-configurable in
line with the other timestamp display formats.

I.e. two packets that arrive 5 milliseconds apart should always have  
different time stamps displayed, so the displayed time stamp should  
have higher resolution than one second.
