No, it's the update procedure required as explained in the Developer's 
Guide!!! Not your own custom update procedure which doesn't work(tm) :-(

Your DLL's are different than mine.

Remove all dirs from the libs-dir, remove the wireshark-gtk2 and rebuild 
from scratch.
