Well, I make you a deal. I've update the README.developer code template,
so it becomes a copy-paste action again.

Well, it's a recognition of the fact that the PROGRAM is (C) Gerald. The
(C) on the SOURCE FILE at hand can be yours. Since the source file isn't a
program by itself, but a part of the program, it's just friendly to put
Geralds (C) in there.
