Now you've added "or use of the feature". That can't be right, we would be
flooded with blocker bugs.

The classification is described in bugzilla itself, see:
http://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/page.cgi?id=fields.html#bug_severity

So I think you can't twist his words enough to make it a blocker, it's a
major at most.

Be wary of inflation of these terms.
