The original patch was 90+% whitespace diffs so it was never added.  I was
looking for IPFIX support so I applied the patch and then backed out the
whitespace changes.  Here is a new patch without any (or at least few)
whitespace changes.

This is definately not complete IPFIX support.  Looks like all it does is
identify the protocol as CFLOW/IPFIX and correctly identify the number of
data records.  I may flesh this out soon, but for now here are Luca's
original changes.
