Here is the error:

airpcap_loader.c(47) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'airpcap.h':
No such file or directory

...

NMAKE : fatal error U1077: 'cl' : return code '0x2'
Stop.

I downloaded the header file and placed it in the top-level directory
and I had no problem compiling it.  Is my config.nmake file incorrect?
