I just had a look at this and couldn't decide on the proper way to fix
this:

The page he's referring to is "Ethereal: Display Filter Reference"

I see 3 possible solutions:

1) Add the page to the wireshark.org website as well (Gerald?)
2) Refer to the filter manpage
3) Remove the reference (and the appendix as it would be empty).

Which is the way to go?
