1.11.0, with Lua 5.2.4, with GnuTLS 3.2.15, with Gcrypt 1.6.2, with MIT
Kerberos, with GeoIP, with PortAudio V19-devel (built Sep  7 2016), with
AirPcap.

Running on 64-bit Windows 7 Service Pack 1, build 7601, with locale
Russian_Russia.1251, with WinPcap version 4.1.3 (packet.dll version
4.1.0.2980),
based on libpcap version 1.0 branch 1_0_rel0b (20091008), with GnuTLS 3.2.15,
with Gcrypt 1.6.2, without AirPcap.
Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-4000M CPU @ 2.40GHz (with SSE4.2), with 7879MB of physical
memory.


Built using Microsoft Visual C++ 12.0 build 40629

1) Take http.cap file from examples repository of wireshark
(https://wiki.wireshark.org/SampleCaptures?action="">)
2) open it, then File -> Export Specified Packets... -> Save as type: (choose
K12 text file) -> 123.pcap
3) open 123.pcap

Wireshark shows error window with no message displayed (just transparent box).
If one clicks Close many times, new window appears "An error occurred while
reading from the file "123.pcap": Unknown error." Then packets are shown but
not as in original file (src IP is ???, all packets are shown as the same in
Info column), if the windows is scrolled, error blank window appears again.
