GnuTLS 3.2.15, with Gcrypt 1.6.2, without AirPcap.
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4300M CPU @ 2.60GHz (with SSE4.2), with 8097MB of physical

Before V2, I was able to disable (remove) the Packet Length column by just
unchecking it in the setup preferences window.
Now, I can disable it (don't show), but after a Wireshark restart it will
re-appear as a column, regardless of being inactive (check mark removed).
