Some time ago I wrote a LUA plugin for Wireshark called TRANSUM. It's been
quite popular, with about 350 users. I have rewritten TRANSUM is C for
consideration as an upstream submission.
Although the code has been written, and the basic functionality works, there is
still some work to do. This bug report is to provide a reference for this
work.
I will add test trace files later.
