Additional information: The first Wireshark start which hangs leaves
USBPcapCMD.exe running in the background. If you let that USBPcapCMD.exe
instance run and start Wireshark again, Wireshark comes up. If you first kill
the USBPcapCMD.exe running in the background and then start Wireshark again, it
hangs again.
