The UERadioCapability container does not contain a valid LTE RRC
UERadioAccessCapabilityInformation octet string:
0210001400080000000000000000000000000000
Which gives a length of 66 bytes for the ue-RadioAccessCapabilityInfo octet
string while the packet is only 20 bytes long.
Where does this packet comes from? Was it generated by a test tool?
