Since this bug was filed we've moved our default downloads from a single server
restricted to 100Mbps to multiple servers, none of which are restricted to
100Mbps. A bit of _javascript_ *should* select the nearest server (two in the
U.S., one in Europe, and one in Asia) based on where CloudFlare thinks you are.
None of this works perfectly 100% of the time, of course. If you're having
trouble downloading from a specific mirror you can find a complete list under
the "Go Spelunking" section at https://www.wireshark.org/download.html.
