When using QT UI with horizontal display of packet list and details frames and
adding a custom column the packet list frame will exceed the horizontal
boundary of the frame until the user resizes the frame.

This means that the packet list frame is now overlapping the packet details
frame.

In the attached image the green arrow shows original boundary of Packet list
frame and red arrow shows new boundary after adding a new column.
