I'm not sure if you meant that as a question or a statement, but I did try to
put a little thought into some other use cases. Outside of TCP or UDP streams,
which are the most common filters I use personally, I couldn't really come up
with any other great use case.
What you describe is not what I had in mind initially, but now that you state
it that way, I can certainly see this feature working by allowing you to
"re-number" any arbitrary list of displayed frames. That would definitely meet
my use case, and like you mentioned, probably any other use case too. In fact,
that's quite a brilliant idea!
